| For old anime like that you have to put in a little work to find where the fandom went; usually via adjacent current things. My go to is to use search on X(Twitter) and enter "looking for moots" and "current hot anime" "whatever" "Tokyo Mew Mew" like that Anyways I am not a fan but Mint is the best.  |
| Older shows people generally don't talk about even if they have seen them. I do have one friend who's openly a fan of Tokyo Mew Mew. I've also seen some TMM cosplayers at cons. We also got a remake of it not too long ago so it's not totally forgotten. |

| There's a lot of series I've watched that no one talks about. Hardly anyone talks about any older thing that isn't popular or really infamous for some reason. If it were anything like the fanart I've seen, I would have watched it by now. |

| Tokyo mew mew is fine in my opinion. I really like the character designs, music, and the manga was quite enjoyable, it’s just there’s something about the anime that’s hard to enjoy |
