For anyone wanting to just fix missing images in the terrace scene themselves, go download this very nifty tool:

You must be registered to see the links

Run it in the base folder of the game. Then go to \DreamsOfDesireEP9-ELITE-1.0-pc\game\images\EP9.

Find the following files:
"d18 mom terrace 31.jpg"
"d18 mom terrace 33.jpg"
"d18 mom terrace 34.jpg"

Rename them to:
"d18 terrace 31.jpg"
"d18 terrace 33.jpg"
"d18 terrace 34.jpg"

The images should now load during the scene as intended.
